I have not encountered this issue in the past and any input would be appreciated. MacBook Pro, macOS High Sierra (10.13.1), MBP 2016 without touchbar. I have the latest version of word (15.40) and the latest version of macOS.

The error occurs on both Windows Server 20. I have tried the stuff in here: Word cannot open the existing global template - Microsoft Community but i have not sent a screenshot of the problem to microsoft.
